What is Mr & Miss University?

The Mr. & Miss University Beauty Pageant is an artistic celebration of beauty that seeks to promote and intertwine Physical Beauty, Internal Beauty, and Cultural Pride and thus create exemplary young people who can become role models in championing Beauty, Purity and a Culture of Goodness in our institutions of higher learning.  At the Mr & Miss University Beauty Pageant, the characters such as poise, make-up, masculinity and dressing compose only half of the judging criteria. With physical appearance as a basic requirement, the criteria lays more emphasis on Character, Morality, Open mindedness, Cultural Pride, Responsibility, Patriotism, Personal drive, and Internationality.

Kenya @ Mr. & Miss University
Although Kenya's participation in the Mr. & Miss University dates a little way back, since 1995, the Mr. & Miss University Beauty Pageant has played a very important role in Kenya's Entertainment and Fashion Industry and goes down in History as the first ever International Beauty Pageant to be organized annually in the country.  The Talent presentation gives the students a chance to bring out their inner beauty in a form of showbiz that has proved not only popular but has been adopted by other internationally acclaimed pageants.
